Edward provides specialist technical support for the Digital Innovation Facility and the Virtual Engineering Centre (VEC) teams.
Edward is the first technical point of contact for the Institute for Digital Engineering and Autonomous Systems (IDEAS) for both external collaborating partners and academic staff across various laboratories, whilst also monitoring maintenance to ensure the ICT systems and hardware are fit for purpose for all users and a regular service is maintained.
He also, liaises with academic colleagues, collaborating partners and key contacts to support research and industrial engagement activities via the provision of ICT related services, demonstrations, and outreach work.
