Finance and Administration Officer

The VEC is seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and experienced Finance and Administration Officer, to join our exciting and growing team, whilst working on exciting projects independently and as part of the team.

Duties include:

  • Supporting the delivery of efficient and effective financial and procurement processing
  • Management for departmental and ERDF project financial budgeting and reporting
  • Supporting departmental risk management
  • Help in auditing preparations for ERDF and other funded projects
The Finance and Administration Officer will be under the day-to-day direction of the Head of Commercial & External Partnerships, with line management through Faculty Professional Services.
The post holder will be expected to deliver a comprehensive, day-to-day financial and administrative support service to the VEC and IDEAS management team.

You will have a Degree (or equivalent qualification) or relevant professional experience.
