VIRTUAL REALITY & DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES SPECIALIST GRADE 8

 

£39,992 - £50,618 pa (plus London Weighting)

 

We are seeking to appoint a Virtual Reality (VR) and Digital Technologies Specialist (Teaching & Knowledge Exchange) to support the development of client based VR projects, VR laboratory management, along with teaching and provision of Continual Professional Development (CPD) courses within the subject field of immersive visualisation and digital technologies, primarily at our London campus.

 

This is the first London-based VEC position, however, you will work closely with other London-based academic colleagues who have a range of backgrounds including industrial design, architecture, urban planning and others.  As new courses are developed in the London campus, there may be a requirement for you to support VR and Digital Technologies teaching in these courses. You should have PhD or relevant industrial experience in virtual engineering VR visualisation, product design or closely related subject. The post is available immediately until 31 December 2021.
